Progressives never let the hypocrisy or unintended consequences of their legislation get in the way of "politics of emotion, fear and envy." The "share the wealth" ploy hits on the parasite class, school dropouts unwilling to get training or the diploma, take showers, listen to alarm clocks, get up and go to work for a living. Fear is evident with the scare tactics of "if we don't pass this piece of legislation, you'll DIE," the "pre-existing condition" cloud hanging over many uninsureds' heads. No look at HISTORY (even present-day statistics) that show what happened when citizens willingly gave up the right to protect themselves. They become subjects--or statistics. The party of CHOICE is for children? Give me a break.
