Hey, many of the founders owned slaves and didn't think women should be able to vote, own property, or have rights generally. Also, they were mostly Protestant and fairly hostile toward Catholics (of which Mr. Buchanan is one) and Jews. Anybody here want to absorb those sentiments of the founders? Things change, and our government can change too. That's why our Constitution can be amended. BTW, Pat is pretty much irrelevant--good for amusement only.
