Rw, the Israelis do not use women in the combat arms. They experimented with it once in the early days of their nation, and it proved to be a disaster. Women are used in many roles, including as trainers for combat troops, but not in the combat arms. The old USSR also used women in combat, as pilots and snipers, among other roles - but as soon as the existential threat to the nation by Nazi Germany was dealt with, they returned to men-only in the combat arms. There is no modern nation on record which has had a successful, sustained use of women in the combat arms. True, Canada and many European nations allow women in combat, but none of these nations has yet used them extensively in that role -- so "success" cannot be claimed.
