One thing these women should realize is that they will be expected to pull their share of the load and can not expect others to protect them. If they screw up it's at their own peril. I served in Vietnam. If there was anyone in your unit who posed any kind of danger to the rest of the people in that unit, they did not survive the next firefight. If Charlie didn't get them, one of their own people did. Many of the so-called friendly fire incidents reported during the Vietnam war was a result of that. Women in combat, if they are not reliable and pose a danger, won't survive.
