Google "FEMA Corps". There are several sites. They have a "school", uniforms, special new armour plated vehicles, automatic guns, etc. The sites says they are for helping in disasters yet none of my friends has seen any of them up in "Sandy" territory. Sounds just like a bunch of Hitler's youth.
