Very well reasoned and right on the money. Nothing referring to everyone can be made 100% safe. One needs to look at the best optimal solution. In the case of gunsafety, all gun free zones need to be scratched, and there should always be a number of people present there because of their actual jobs, that are armed, concealed carry types. Even that will not eliminate ALL deaths, but it would forever stop mass killing like Newtown. Instead of 26 dead, it might have been 2 or three (IF the mass murderer would have even gone there at all. He committed suicide as soon as armed personnel showed up. At any of the other places something like that was starting, the presence of someone armed stopped the killing immediately.
