Such a long time ago...of course, that timeline only accounts for 1% of man kind's 'civilized' existence, and 0.000003% of the Earth's history, but - of course - scientists know better. Never mind the fact that paleoclimatology suggests that almost all of Earth's history has been, on average, hotter, and had a higher CO2 content than it does now...but who cares - the last 163 years trumps everything. /sarc can't see the forest for the trees.
