This is a general comment to this message board: I am a libertarian. We believe that morlaity is established and evolved at the community level....not in government. You cannot legislate morality. That is why Prohibition failed, that is why civil rights laws were/are basically inneffective (acceptance and assimilation of minorities was already happening) and that is why guys like Dennis here are all wrong about the position of libertarians (most of us anyway). Abortion is not addressed in the constitution...therfore the court sh ould NOT have heard Roe v Wade. Either the constutution needed/needs to be amended or the issue must be left to the states or we indeed relagate the issue of abortion to individual decision/religous doctrine.
