Maybe you're just kidding...the people with the assets have been paying their 'Fair Share' (gotta laugh at that phrase) all along and the majority of the taxes as well- the people who have been conditioned to take services without expecting to pay for them should help pay down these debts, i.e. those who have been living off their neighbors backs, including those working who haven't been contributing into their own social welfare plans...I say tax all at the same flat percentage, say 15-20%....seems Eastern Bloc countries have embraced the concept, Russia is at 13% for example..
