I'm a 65 year old Vietnam Vet. after service I worked for security companies in two states, Missouri and Florida and was licensed to carry openly in both states. I never had a problem while carrying in the 15 years I did that work. I did use my revolver once to stop a crime but never fired it on duty. Just having it on my hip helped me many times in olaces and siuations where others with my companies had been hurt. The antis have lies and fear mongering. We have facts and truth. You can go to the CDC and pull up statistics on causes of death and disprove their lies.
