Where to start? Far from basing our government on God, the Founders went the other way, clearly separating church and state. Look at the First Amendment, and the "no religious test for public office" clause. If the Founders wanted a religion-based government they would have done so in the Constitution. As Enlightenment thinkers they held that religion is a matter for private conscience, not government coercion. And where does Prager get the notion that "in communist China economic freedom is divisible from other values?" It's a totalitarian communist government! The intrusive theocracy Prager favors is utterly incompatible with liberty and limited government.
