And, as such, your idea of a right to be, 'safe' does not grant you the right to obfuscate or obliterate another man's idea of being safe. All American citizens are neither granted nor permitted by government, nor by a majority of Americans a right to keep and bear arms. This right is inherent to all men, everywhere. The, "Bill of Rights," is a statement of the inherent right of all Men who are endowed by their Creator. "These truths we hold to be self-evident..." Owning a 'rapid-fire' weapon does not give anyone the life and death power over others.
