Michael Vicker is guilty of sharing Top Secret Security information with someone who has no security clearance or no official Final Top Secret "need to know" requirement.
Formal Charges, Trial, Conviction and Incarceration for a specified term should be forthcoming from the Department of Justice. ( Eric Holder???? think again!)
