I will not buy mentally ill do the killing - even though it is true to some extent. Claiming this removes responsibility and permits a high level of "not guilty by reason of insanity" pleas. I don't want that. There are too many way to shift or remove blame and responsibility from the perpetrator. Let's not continue to promote this concept.
