This is not a black and white issue. The problems in school are due to lack of family structure. Teachers today have little respect and they have made this change occur. Note the interaction between students and teachers. Girls and boys trade sex for grades. The families now consist of sperm donors and incubators and there is no stability . Social service enters in if a real parent disciplines Return family unity and things will change. Stop rewarding sperm donors and incubators with the term mother and father and drop the welfare with each new spawn. The incentive to spread and breed will decrease and so will the number of unloved kids without real homes.
