the more the government creates the need for a black market in weapons the more the government creates unnecessary and damaging violence in our society. i realize the people we elect and the people they appoint are not very knowledgeable and intelligent but even people of low intelligence and limited ignorance should realize that there is a "law of uninteded consequences".
