Had to comment. Legalization and taxing it would help the economy. Secondly, I have worked in claims for 30 years and handle serious to catastrophic injury cases and litigation. I have handled only 2 cases where a driver had marijuana in their system. Out of those 2, only 1 involved their liability in the accident. I have had more alcohol related accidents and fatalities than I can count. Not sure where you are getting your facts but it's not necessarily true that it is 'addictive'. There are those who have more addictive personalities than others where it may be the case, but again, I suspect it is on an individual basis. I'm not condoning drug use - just pointing out a fact
