That is quite simply nonsense, and offensive nonsense. Many atheists are deeply moral, compassionate people, whose morality comes from an internalized set of values. Many Christians with the same internalized values attribute them to their faith. ReligiousJews, Hindus and Buddhists may be every bit as moral, caring, and compassionate as any Christian. And, of course, there are any number of self-professed Christians who are hideous, murderous people. Christianity is indeed one great source of compassion and morality, but hardly the exclusive source.
