In my humble opinion...what the Journal News did should be taken like someone that yells "FIRE" in a crowded theater. You have a 1st Amendment Right, with restrictions, just like any other right. The SCOTUS held that there could be some restrictions on the 2nd Amendment, and that is true of all rights. But releasing the information on Legal Law Abiding Citizens who own firearms, and including their Addresses should cross that "Yelling Fire" line. Had the Journal News published the Names and City it would not have been as bad, but still wrong! Adding the addresses to the information they received should make them liable for any proven damage or crimes that involve the named individuals. Now the Journal News refuses to comment...PITIFUL!!!!!!
