It's for all the reasons for constructing Keystone 2 mentioned in the article, that the occupant of the White House will say no. At which time I hope that the States will gather and do the pipeline into Montana, where a refinery already exists, or North Dakota, South Dakota, and build one, and do the project there in those States, The trucking industry would flourish as tankers would be needed to take refined product to the other States in this nation, except Illinois, and tell the occupant of the White House to go back to Hawaii and not return. The 17th amendment took away States rights, making the Senate a bunch of pawns selling out to the political parties, instead of representing the State that sent them.
