I would suggest that all the people who don't think there is any useful purpose for "assault" weapons and magazines that contain more than ten bullets take a hike through the woods in the wilderness of Alaska without one and see how long they last. Between wolves, bears, and a host of other potential predators, it will be interesting to see how long they are able to ward off one of these animals without one. Bringing down a pack of wolves might take more than 10 bullets. Just saying. Ranchers deal with this all the time in places like Wyoming and Montana. While those ivory towers may be nice, they are not the reality some of the rest of us live with every day.
