Usually agree with you, John, but when was the last time a TRUE Conservative got elected in states like Joisy, Mass and Connecticut(where I live)?? I'd rather have a Christie as Gov instead of Corzine and Brown rather than the "Indian Princess". I'd rather a Conservative in EVERY elected office, but one reason the Dems beat us is that they have a bigger "tent". When we have a moderate in office, we can hold their feet to the fire. When that person is a Democrat, he/she has no reason to listen to us.
