I incorporated Momma into the business (she wanted to keep the books) several years ago. That developed into the "camel's nose in the tent" syndrome. Little by little she wheedled and cut and ultimately began telling the employees what they had to do until I had to go home one night and remind her rather candidly that she was not a member of the Corporation and that I, as President and CEO was the only voice the employees were to listen to. That caused no little strife in the home - believe me! A short time later I suffered a dread disease that diminished my visual capacity and I became quite dependent on the Mrs. It is amazing to me how the inability to see perfectly diminishes ones mental capabilities as well!!
