I work in a machine shop as the maintenance electrician, we are constantly reminded by management to keep safety foremost in our activities. Management wants all of us to be able to show up for work tomorrow, in my case to ensure the power remains on and the machines working, in the case of my fellow workers, to ensure that the machines I keep running are used to produce the products we sell. Business is business.
