Sorry bachole, but you are being played for a fool.
In most countries of the world they don't count a dead baby as part of the infant mortality if the baby dies within 24 hours of birth or if the baby is born dead (stillborn).
In America we count stillborn babies and babies that die within 24 hours.
Add to the the fact that we keep alive most babies that would have died within 24 hours with our advanced medicine, but sadly many still die. So our efforts to save babies lives actually makes it look like more babies are dying.
If you count the babies in America the way they are counted in many other countries we would have half the infant mortality that any third world country has.
Don't be fooled by the way statistics are computed.
