The 3 people whose lives I saved in 1978 would also strongly disagree. I happened to be sitting in the Jack in the Box when they were attacked by 2 hunting knife wielding punks on a city street in front the restaurant. I ran out and held the two felons at gunpoint until the Seattle police arrived. It's a fact. Though not published, this sort of thing happens daily somewhere in the US. When... seconds count...The police are only minutes away! As a famous American, Charleton Heston once said: "There are no good guns. There are no bad guns. Any gun in the hands of a bad man is a bad thing. Any gun in the hands of a decent person is no threat to anybody----except bad people."
