' How about "their work ethic has been so deteriorated by community organizers coming into their neighborhoods from tonier neighborhoods on the North side of Chicago and telling them that they don't have to work for a living but can easily access public monies (i.e. working peoples' taxes), that they aren't interested in a real job...
