I get sick and tired of this whitewashing of history. Kennedy was right, Bork would have made the worst Justice ever. He didn't believe in federal civil right laws, gay rights, keeping government and religion neutral nor any support for gay rights, right to privacy. He believed in a narrow and limited 14th amendment's equal protection clause and had disdain and comtempt for the 9th amendment guaranteeing rights not mentioned.
