So what? You are welcome here so long as you (a) take full responsibility for your actions, (b) self-discipline (including obeying the law), and (c) adjust to the culture here (including speaking the language). If you do these things, you will be doing what those of us who are average citizens do day in and day out, year in and year out, and you'll be welcome here.
It takes real adults to be good citizens, not just folks who "man up", because being a citizen is an every-day job, not just a when-I-feel-like-it job.
Don't want the responsibilities of citizenship? Then stay where you are.
Side note: Calling folks names isn't much of a mark of citizenship, and that goes for the homegrown as well as the not-born-here folks
