No such thing as a multi-cultural society. By definition one society has one accepted culture. That culture defines the society. One society also has one religion; one race; one language; and one history. These also define the society. Two cultures = two societies. The USA today hosts many different societies, and the point of that is that every society is in competition for dominance over all other societies. That's what affirmative action programs do -- they advantage non-white societies over white/American society members. Dominance is strictly a zero-sum game -- you win or you lose -- no ties. In affirmative action, you get the job/promotion or somebody else gets it. It is the reduction of American life to bare-bones race war.
