Things used to kill (murder).Rope, Pocket Knife, Box Cutters,Guns, Kitchen Knives, Knitting Needles, Water in Bathtubs, Pieces of Glass, Automobiles, Motorcycles,Rifles, Pistols, Pall Point Pins, Rocks, Tall Bridges, Policemen and many more items we use each day,I could go on. Should we concentrate on all of these with more laws or look at the offender. The young man who killed the children was evil, the man who killed the firemen was evil. O by the way he also used fire to kill. Laws do not prevent tragedies.
