There should be no ambiguity about who is and who isn't an immigrant. An immigrant is a foreigner who enters the U.S. in accordance with its IMMIGRATION laws; hence: an "immigrant." Whereas, one who sneaks into the U.S. to pillage and plunder it economically and otherwise is an INVADER. If you call them immigrants, then so too were the Nazis who "immigrated" France in WW II.
