Of course Obamacare is not popular. Most people have full medical care through their jobs. You know, " I'm alright Jack, I've got mine". Medical care is a zero sum game, for one person to have more, someone else has to have less. Giving people without access to medical care access just deprives another of theirs. Until the amount of caregivers and medical facilities is increased any changes are going to be unpopular.
