Video games, movies, music, social media in GENERAL is up to PARENTS to control. That is what ratings for video games and movies are for. Stores don't let kids under 18 walk out with violent M or R rated titles, it's always the parents that hand them over to their kids without taking the time and researching what they're getting their children.
