Did O take over the student loan program to get the profit that banks had previously enjoyed, or to forgive loans of those who support the administration, or who plead difficulty in repaying? You can bet your booties that the taxpayers will end up on the short end of this stick. And with the pending doctor shortage due to O-care, I can see a time when college students are encouraged to go to medical school on the government's (i.e. taxpayers) dime, then work for a government (i.e. taxpayer) subsidized salary. One way O-care can fulfill it moniker "affordable". Hide the real costs by paying education expenses out of the "general" fund in exchange for reduced Medicare/Medicaid/O-care payments later.
