Obama and Reid have, in four years failed to produce a budget. The only fiscal measures put forward by Obama have been voted down in the Democrat controlled Senate, which should give you some notion of this mans fiscal ignorance. This entire thing is purely political. Obama is not interested in solving the problem, he wants, quite simply to force the Republicans into an unconditional surrender, his one aim is to destroy the Republicans and end up with a one Party State governed by a hard left socialistic Democrat party.
