"Thats why I support "mild" affirmative action, especially in education placements. Med schools for example, are now letting more qualified minority applicants in than ever before, so its not just a bland sea of whites and asians." And they proceed to flunk out rather quickly, just like they do in Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. Unlike the soft sciences, e.g., sociology, education, etc. the analytically-challenging disciplines are incompatible w/ "quotas/affirmative action"- you have to walk the walk, not just talk the talk the talk. But since you are too stupid to be a party to the medical or STEM professions you wouldn't understand this fact.
