Yo Outsider Right to Work doesn't FORCE any employer to consider non union labor. Employers are still free to choose union or non union. Right to Work only gives a potential employee and employer additional freedom to work with each other, otherwise, without Right to Work, the employee might be forced to become a union member against his/her will in order to get or keep a job.
