Tax on wages.
There is only one place where you can find tax on wages and salaries.
In the IRS Code, Chapter 24, the tax described is not under the Sixteenth Amendment.
That is the reason the subject of tax and source of income are the same thing. The tax on
wages per IRS Code Section 3401(c) of chapter 24 applies exclusively to those individuals
in public service (government employees). This tax in Chapter 24, in its present form, was enacted
in 1939, twenty-six years after the Sixteenth Amendment, and is codified in Title 4, at Section111,
which is known as the "Public Salary Tax Act."
IT is the only place that taxes wages and salaries. Not a tax on workers in the private sector!
