Wow , its always the same. The left wanting to take away guns and some here unable to see its a waste of effort to argue. Heres some SANE response to this tragedy. I spent 18 nmonths in the jungles of Viet Nam in a combat unit in firefight nearly daily, and I not only know how to use these weapons BUT I KNOW WHAT THEY ARE MEANT TO DO as well. I would NEVER purchase one, I have no use for one. I have deer hunted using a 30 06 and even a 270, but would never think of using a 223 bushmaster, why ruin the meat. That said you need to simply ask your self HONESTLY why would a 54 year old woman from a safe community purchase two semi auto 9mm hand guns, a 223 bushmaster and there were even more guns still in her home.
