Unions add extra costs to the overall business that are unnecessary and limit the competitiveness of the company. In fact, many companies have gone under because they couldn't compete after union costs. Union contracts force ridiculous hourly wages for low-end jobs. $70,000 and up to watch an assembly line computer screen? That's crazy. Then, unions demand ridiculous pensions and expect the rest of us to help pay them!
In fact, unions force higher fees for workers without high school diplomas than many doctors, lawyers and other professionals make that spent years in school, have huge responsibilities, etc. That is unacceptable. Unions do not provide dignity, just theft.
