I would love to find out how much of the money goes to the recipient, and how much stays in the government to distribute this money. I would imagine better than half stays in the government to pay for this program. I can honestly imagine that 2/3rds of the money spent stays in the government to pay for this program.
And they say that they can't cut any of this funding. That is nonsense.
Katie Pavlich, can you find out how much actually gets to the recipient, and how much "administrative" costs are? I think that would really be the story.
