First off commie, I am, and have been for years now, in a "non represented role". My wages have consistently gone up over the last 25 years directly comparable with my performance. My benefits are rich, although they are (like everyone's) becoming more expensive. I do not work weekends, but I do average about 50 hours a week and I get paid a better than average salary for my efforts. years ago, I was a member of the Teamsters for 3 years. In that time, I was forced to strike 3 times for reasons I didn't understand or agree with. I paid dues every week, but was never able to speak with my steward. Lastly, my pay went up EXACTLY the same amount as the slacker POS that missed 2 out of every 5 days. You can keep your freakin unions, jagbag
