He was being sarcastic just like when Michael Richards went on his rant. The only thing bad here is that the joke bombed. The cheering was weak right after the "kill all the white people in the movie" line. The only cheers were just reactive set up by the previous lines "how black is that". It was a comedy routine and harmless. Distasteful and not funny but not hatefull in any way. Moe on.
