Friday to the nice two story three bedroom townhouse that the taxpayers were paying for while he made a good living. As long as he wasn't there during business hours, the housing authority didn't know that the divorce was a sham to scam them out of free housing. I've known multi generational public housing residents. Want to open a profitable business? Open a rent to own store outside of a predominantly white public housing project. Public housing residents can't "BUY" expensive items like furniture or big screen TVs, but they can "Rent" them. If they buiy them, the housing authority can call them assets and kick them out. If they "rent" them, they aren't considered assets. A local rent to own store can make a killing.
