It's not my only problem with Mike's "dozen", but right is right and wrong is wrong on either side of the Atlantic. Our Constitution and our laws directly descend from the huge body of Common Law and Legal Principles of England and Europe, ultimately from Roman and Greek origin. Ginsberg and other justices do NOT EVER supplant the Constitution with foreign law. They may consider relevant legal reasoning from relevant cases in other nations if it applys to a current case before them.
