Why not? All the Biology says that Human Embryo's successfully implant less than half of the time. And if they are Human Beings from conception onwards that means more such Human Beings die grisly deaths in the garbage can or the toilet than are born each year! They do not instantly die as soon as they miss the uterine wall. Lots could probably be saved if only we tried. Maybe they could be re-implanted, or raised in vitro, or cryogenically preserved, or at least given respectful last rites... Or maybe they aren't Human Beings yet, and we've no right to demand that a woman seeking an abortion regard them as such, since we do not.
