BUT, when young uninsured idiots who say "I'm healthy, I don't need insurance." drive their car into a tree and need hospitalization they get get to either: 1) Pay entirely by themselves. 2) Die in the street. 3) Be mandatorily enrolled in Medicare at, say, 120% of the normal premium until their bill is paid.
