The "right to bear arms" has little, if nothing to do with the "gun culture" of today. The "right to bear arms" is about protecting oneself from tyrants. The "gun culture" is about keeping it real and protecting oneself against one that diss'd you or a ho that don't tow the line or a rival gangsta rapper that ain't fresh.
No one, not even the NRA wants an irresponsible citizen to own a gun. Every citizen, however, has the right to own a gun and to exercise ownership with responsibility.
