Oh please. That claim of "union quality" is such BS. Look at what "union quality" did on Boston's Big Dig. Pieces of the tunnel fall off every other week; the tunnel leaks; they've had to replace thousands of dollars worth of electric wiring and lighting due to corrosion. Heck, someone was killed when a slab of concrete fell off the ceiling and crushed a car. IT was over budget, over deadline, and loaded with corruption. I've heard first-hand stories of union sloth - like the guy who sat in an idling backhoe for 7 hours every day, then did work for 2 hours, but got paid for 12 hours because minimum OT was 4 hours. The taxpayers, like always, were screwed.
